SD Holding, an administrative member and partner of El Cuartito LLC and Sofrtito Produce LLC, has had the pleasure of collaborating with top-class producers, screenwriters, technicians, and directors worldwide to carry out entertainment productions. El Cuartito, entirely made in Puerto Rico in collaboration with Wiesner Distribution, is a film directed by Marcos Carnevale, one of the most prominent directors worldwide. The cast of El Cuartito is composed of actors who have made their mark in the domestic industry of their respective countries, as well as throughout Latin America. SD Holding is also proud to have produced the theatrical adaptation of Elsa and Fred, with Jacobo Morales and Johanna Rosaly embodying the characters from the iconic film produced, written, and directed by Marcos Carnevale.

Gastronomy
Established in 2016, SD Holding and El Lote have had the opportunity to develop the expertise and wisdom of navigating the gastronomy industry. As partners of El Market LLC, SD was a co-founder of the culinary concept known as Lote 23. Similarly, it founded and partnered with La Pernilería los Próceres LLC, El Goodness, and Bayard LLC. This leads our gastronomy sector. Located in Santurce, Lote 23 is a gastronomic park founded with the goal of being a community asset and showcasing the culinary talents of Puerto Rico. While SD Holding is no longer involved in the gastronomy business, our seed now flourishes in a non-profit incubator. The direction of Lote today is to share and pass on that experience to ambitious chefs on the island who are looking to elevate their product and clientele. Fernando Sumaza
Engineer Fernando Sumaza, president and founder of SD Holding LLC. Graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology in New Jersey in 1991 with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. With over 30 years of experience in the construction and development sector, Fernando has stood out as one of the most prominent entrepreneurs on the island of Puerto Rico. Over the past 20 years, Fernando has led construction projects worth over $250 million. A natural-born entrepreneur, always attentive to business opportunities, he decided not to limit himself to construction and founded SD Holding. Since its inception in 2015, Fernando has been able to make his mark in the aforementioned industries by applying the same mindset and dedication developed through his years in construction. "I seek to do good business through good people" has been his mantra in founding SD Holding.
Jesera Delgado
Accountant Jesera Delgado. Graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico in Mayagüez, PR in 1998, Jesera started as an Accounts Payable Clerk and now manages all the accounting for our operations at SD. With over 23 years of experience, Jesera has excelled not only in the technical aspect of her work but also as a leader and accounting manager of our company.

Iñigo Sumaza
Business Development Associate, Iñigo Sumaza, graduated from Temple University with a bachelor's degree in finance in 2020. Iñigo currently bridges the gap between partners, clients, and the management team at SD Holding. Iñigo seeks to develop business opportunities for SD and works diligently on both external and internal negotiations and projects. He strives to be a resource for his clients, colleagues, and suppliers and carries out his work efficiently.
Mariela Ortiz
Administrative Assistant, with a bachelor's degree in Office Systems, graduated in 2012 from the University of Puerto Rico, Bayamón Campus, with over 10 years of experience working for various international and purely Puerto Rican companies. She currently serves as the Managing Member Assistant at SD Holding LLC, providing administrative support to our team for business growth in and outside Puerto Rico.
